Terms of service

These terms apply to the claudezilla app and the server it connects to (claudezilla.nanobet.games), together "the service", run by the team that operates this server ("we"). By signing in or using the service you agree to them.

Who may use it

The service is for members a server administrator invited. You sign in with your own Claude account; access can be removed at any time by an administrator. Do not share your access or try to reach what you were not given.

Your Claude account

The AI works with your Claude account and token, so its use counts against your Claude plan and follows Anthropic's terms and usage policies. You are responsible for your Claude account and for keeping your token private.

Your code and credentials

• Only work with repositories, servers and data you are allowed to use, and only add git accounts, keys and passwords you are allowed to give the service.
• You keep all rights to your code. We use it only to provide the service to you and your team.
• Do not put secrets where they do not belong (for example, in commits).

The AI can be wrong

AI output can contain mistakes, including code that does not work or is insecure, and commands with effects you did not intend. Review what the AI proposes before you approve it, and review changes before you merge or deploy them. Actions you approve, and their results, are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or disrupt other systems, to access data without permission, or to get around the service's limits and protections (such as its sandbox, spending limits or approval prompts).

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop the service or any part of it, and update the app. We try to keep it available and your work safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors; keep important work pushed to your git host.

No warranty; limits of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, code or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or others.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
